  1. Wednesday, March 19th there will be a call out meeting for MS girls track. We will meeting during MS lunch in room D113

  2. Please remember that Student Council officer petitions are due to Ms. Bell no later than today.  A mandatory meeting for all those running for office will take place during lunch on Tuesday in Ms. Bell's room. 

  3. Students grades 9-12 check your email and vote for our 2025 Prom Court!  Voting closes Thursday, March 20 11:00am.

  4.  Seniors!!!! BABY pictures and SENIOR pictures are due before Spring Break for the graduation senior slideshow! Please start the search now by choosing your favorite pictures. We only need one of each. Email the pictures to Mrs. Tomak (jae.tomak@eastporter.k12.in.us). If you need help scanning in pictures, don't hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Tomak as well.

6.Student Council elections are right around the corner! We will be holding elections for a new President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.  (The office of President is reserved for Juniors and Seniors.) If you are interested, please pick up a form in the high school office and have it turned in to Ms. Bell TODAY .Elections will take place at the StuCo meeting on Friday, March 21st. 

7. Prom ticket sales are March 18th-20th!  See Mrs. Braun and Mrs. Tomak in the morning outside the cafeteria. Tickets are $60 each. Late ticket purchases will be available after Spring Break on Tuesday and Wednesday April 1st and 2nd for $65 each.  You must have your approved guest form with you AND grand march paragraph submitted in google classroom in order to purchase tickets!  If you still need the prom google classroom code check these announcements (75gln3e).  

8. Great Job Morgan Township!!!!  We are 1/2 way to our donation goal for Watkins Family in order to support Mrs. Watkins on her double lung transplant and expenses.  Let's get this last three days strong and meet our $1000 goal and hand over an amazing gift to one of our very own MT families that need us to rally around them!!  

9. Congratulations to the middle school choir for receiving a Gold rating at MS Choir Contest this past Saturday. Mrs. Snyder is extremely proud of your performance!! You represented Morgan very well.

Greta Pressel, Rebecca Byvoets, and Olivia Taylor represented the Morgan girls track team really well this past Saturday.  The girls competed in their respective field events at the 2nd Portage Indoor meet.  Olivia threw the shot and improved her season best by over 3 feet!  Rebecca placed 1st overall in shot put and improved her personal record to 36 feet, 11 inches!  Greta came back to this meet on a mission to do her best and push her limits.  She succeeded by placing 2nd overall in pole vault and earning herself a personal record of 9 feet!  Congratulations ladies!  You make us proud!
