All students that have turned in permission slips for the Porter County Leadership conference should meet in the cafeteria on Monday morning at the 7:40 bell.  The bus will leave promptly at 7:45, and will return at 2:30.

Just a reminder that  11th grade SAT’s are scheduled for 03/12/25 - please do not book any doctor appointments for this time.  We want all students to be present!

The 6th grade girl's basketball team hit the road last night to face off against Hebron. Despite a close game through three quarters, the Lady Cherokees wound up on the losing end, falling by a final of 29-16. Morgan looks to bounce back next week with a matchup against Westville in the first round of PCC. 

The 7th Grade Lady Cherokees lost another nail biter, 23-21, to Boone Grove. They were led by Jackie Drozd with 8 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals, Alex Drozd with 4 points and 3 steals, and Anna Muhleman with 3 steals while played great defense. The Cherokee Award for the game goes to Shaina Otey with 9 points, 5 rebounds, 4 steals, and 4 assists. Their next game is Monday at Demotte Christian.  

The 8th grade girls basketball team defeated Boone Grove 43-25 Thursday night. Brooke Parsons scored 18 and Lily Herlitz scored 17 to lead the game in scoring. Hannah Friday grabbed 10 rebounds and scored 5 points.
