NEWS

Seniors: please bring your chromebooks to the class meeting during SRT. We will be voting on this such as senior shirts. If you are a senior unable to return for class meetings, you can still vote remotely. Voting will end at 2:45 though. 

CLUBS

It was great to see everyone last night at the drama club call out meeting. If you couldn’t make it, take a packet out of the “What Did I Miss” folder on the bulletin board. 

SPORTS

There will be a boys middle school basketball call out meeting on Thursday, September 14th in D113 during middle school lunch time. This is for boys grades 6-12. If you are unable to attend, please notify Mrs. Mateer in the athletic office.

There will be a high school girls dance team call out meeting on Thursday, September 14th during high school lunch in D113. This is for students in grades 9-12. If you are unable to attend please notify Mrs. Mateer in the athletic office.

The middle school cross country team competed in the second event of the PCC round robin last night.

The boys took the team win with strong running from:

Rowan Hatala 2nd place

Kaleb Freyenberger 3rd place

Christian Freyenberger 4th place

Mattix Hatala 7th place

Rocko Bucher 8th place

The girls team was 2nd in the team scoring with the following runners contributing:

The 7th grade volleyball team pulled out a win with only 7 players! Kennedy Holman led with 11 aces. Audrey Sutherlin had 1 ace. Serenity Gearhart had 1 ace and 1 kill. Brinley Gelon had 2 aces and 1 kill. Addison Story had 3 kills. Addy Woelfel and Raelyn Brooks added several great passes to help the team. Way to go ladies!

The 8th grade volleyball team had a tough loss to Fegley.  We did have some great plays at the net with big blocks and kills by Landry Braun and Kaylee Krieger.  Lilie Dippo led the team with digs.  Looking forward to playing this weekend in the DeMotte Christian Tournament.

The JV girls volleyball team brought home their 11th straight win, defeating Whiting 25-20 in both sets. Serenity lead in assists with 12. Her targets were Genevieve and Kenna with 3 kills each and Addy and Elodie with 2 kills each. Great job ladies!

The team travels to Washington Township this evening to take on the senators!

The girls varsity volleyball team defeated Whiting 3-1 on the road yesterday. Macy Grieger led with 15 kills. Sierra Ricke led with 26 digs and 39 assists. Braelynn Dudzik led with 2 solo blocks. The squad is back on the road tonight to face Washington Township.
