CLUBS
DECA Club first meeting will be Thursday September 7th at 7:20am in Mr. Patz's Room C110. If you have any questions please see Mr. Patz.
Attention - Today during SRT is the first FACS Club meeting of the year. FACS club sponsors the Halloween Howl, Turkey Bingo, Valentine sales, and Senior Breakfast. Report to your SRT and then come to Mrs. Stoner's room. We will be getting organized for the year - snacks will be served!

The Interact Club of Morgan Middle/High School will hold its first meeting of the 23/24 school year next Wednesday, September 6th, during SRT, in Mrs. Fezatt’s room B130. Both: returning and new members should bring the $5 dues, in a zip lock bag, with your name on it. Only members with paid dues can vote and participate in future meetings.
We are also looking for three members to run for Junior Office - the Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. You will have a supporting role and work closely with your high school Senior Officers. If interested, please contact Jillian George, the Club’s President or Mrs. Fezatt by Wednesday morning.
We are looking forward to another exciting year of Service Beyond Self.
Attention High School students: Do you want to expand your vocabulary? As you may have heard, this is very helpful to your SAT Verbal Score! Do you want to compete with other schools for individual & team awards? We will have a blast practicing as a team! You don’t have to spell out loud, like they do on TV! Impress your friends when you can spell & define words like amblyopia, Dostoyevsky, and panacea! If you are interested, we will have a call-out meeting in Mrs. Taylor's room (B126 in the middle school wing) during SRT on Tuesday Sept. 5. Hope to see you there!

Are you looking for a part time job close to home? Do you like to attend sporting events as a spectator? Maybe you like to count money, cook food or take stats? Morgan Township Athletics is taking applications now for Fall, Winter and Spring event workers. You may pick up an application just outside of Mrs Mateer’s office, or inquire within.
Varsity and JV Bowling Call-outs will be September 7th at Inman's from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. If you are interested, please be sure you are enrolled in Final Forms and have a current physical on file with the athletic department.
Girls Middle School softball beat Hebron last night with whopping 27 runs, with Hallie Hitz and Jackie Drozd pitching us to victory!
The girls soccer team had a hard fought match yesterday against LaPorte high school. Throughout the match our Defense stood strong against the other team while being led by Kaiti Kekelik and Ellie Higgins. Hailey Hardesty got us our 2 goals to win the game for us. Our JV also had a great game with a win with 2 goals scored by Hailey Casbon and Addison Modglin
